Irish Arts Center misses dear friend and educator Bill Ochs, who taught with us for more than four decades. A scholarship has been established in his honor for students of Irish Arts Center’s music education programs. A memorial celebration will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 1:30 at All Souls Unitarian Church (79th & Lex.).
